The Minnesota Urban Debate League, a program of Augsburg University, is hiring a full-time Development and Communications Associate to lead donor communication strategies, manage a mid-level donor portfolio, and co-lead fundraising for its annual event. The ideal candidate has fundraising experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for education and equity.
